Nexus Media provides brand activation, digital marketing, content production, web development, event management, and community management services. All services are subject to individual project agreements and quotations provided separately.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, and code, is the property of Nexus Popular Culture (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. Client Work and Ownership
Ownership of deliverables produced for clients will be governed by the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Nexus Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
- Source files, working documents, and unused concepts remain the property of Nexus Media.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project quotations. Standard terms are 50% deposit upon project commencement and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing rate permitted under South African law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Nexus Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Nexus Media does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
